No matter what you buy from us, we will at minimum give you the PC Wizard version of the manufacturer's warranty. In short, if you have a problem, all you need to do is make one phone call.

We will:

• Quickly repair or replace any defective part.
• Handle all necessary procedures (RMAs, etc.) with the manufacturer.
• Handle all the shipping to and from the manufacturer.

It doesn't get much easier than that!



What's more, on most items we extend your warranty well over and above the manufacturers' warranty.

For example, all custom-built PC Wizard tower systems come complete with a 3-year on-site warranty on all hardware.

Our other systems carry a 1-year minimum warranty with affordable upgrades to 3 and 4 years.
(A warranty upgrade is often a simple matter of including a recommended item or two (i.e. installation and a UPS Battery Backup) with your system purchase. These not only protect your hardware, they can also help you avoid the catastrophic data loss that is common among systems that are incorrectly installed and/or subject to power glitches)




So, how can we possibly offer this kind of warranty service for that long?

Simple really; we don't buy, carry or sell junk.

We've spec'd out and tested the stuff from just about every manufacturer out there, and a lot of it is just that: junk. Like the big computer manufacturers and chain stores, if we carried that stuff we'd offer warranties that were short and difficult, too!
